Free Returns From USA, UK & Canada

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order or specific products back to us for a full refund or can opt for store credit. Return products must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. There will be no return shipping cost as Sareez.com will provide you pre-paid return shipping label. So if for whatever reason you’re not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy self-service return process (via My Account > My Orders) to request a free return label – your returning shipping costs are prepaid.

Few Points to Note while requesting returns.

1. You can request a return within 48 hours from the time of receiving the product. If you get the product on 25th May 1990, then you have until 28th May 1990 to request a return.
2. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
3. Return shipping is absolutely FREE.
4. While requesting a return you have to provide a reason for the return.
5. Once we have your request we will contact you within three business days.
6. Do not return any product without getting authorization from Sareez.com.
7. Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will contact you and you can select refund or store credit.
